At KINGSEVEN BRAND, we believe in transparency and providing the best possible experience for our customers. That’s why we offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

1. Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: FREE (Available worldwide, no minimum purchase).

  • Eco-Friendly Shipping (Carbon Neutral): €1.90 (We offset the carbon emissions of your delivery by supporting global reforestation projects).

  • Priority Processing + Full Transit Insurance: €2.95 (Your order is moved to the top of our fulfillment list and is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit).

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders with Priority Processing are handled within 24 hours (on business days).

  • Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days.

  • Priority Delivery: 5–14 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates. While most packages arrive earlier, external factors like customs or local holidays may cause slight delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Every order, regardless of the shipping method chosen, includes a Dedicated Tracking Number. You will receive this via email once your package has been dispatched (typically 2–3 days after purchase).

4. Customs & Import Duties

For the majority of our customers (especially in the EU and USA), additional customs fees are unlikely. However, any local import duties or taxes incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU & International)

For most orders of eyewear, our logistics partners use shipping methods that minimize or eliminate additional customs fees.

  • For EU Customers: We aim to process orders so that VAT is handled at the point of sale where possible. However, any import duties or local customs clearance fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Transparency: In our experience, over 95% of our customers do not pay any additional fees upon delivery.

6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KINGSEVEN BRAND is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional fees may apply).
