Refund & Return Policy

At KINGSEVEN BRAND, we want you to love your new sunglasses. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. This exceeds the 14-day minimum required by EU law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 30-day period expires. After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.

To start a return or cancellation request, log in to your customer account at https://account.kingsevenbrand.com or use the link in your order confirmation email (no account required).

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 10–14 business days to your original payment method. Additional shipping costs (e.g. express delivery) are not refunded.

2. General Return Policy (All Customers)

For customers outside the EU, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags
  • In its original KINGSEVEN packaging

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. How to Start a Request

Option A — With a customer account:

  1. Visit https://account.kingsevenbrand.com
  2. Select your order and choose "Return" or "Cancel"
  3. Confirm your request — you will receive an automatic confirmation by email

Option B — Without a customer account (no login required):

  1. Open your order confirmation email
  2. Click the "View your order" link
  3. Select "Return" or "Cancel" — no account needed
  4. Confirm your request — you will receive an automatic confirmation by email

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Under EU law, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@kingsevenbrand.com. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs, at no extra cost.

5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Promotional gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and characteristics

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional processing time.
